How long does delivery take?

Delivery in Lithuania usually takes up to 8 business days. International delivery can take up to 15 business days, depending on the country.

Do you provide free shipping?

Yes, we offer free delivery in Lithuania for orders over 50 euros.

What to do if the size doesn't fit?

If the size is not right, you can exchange the item within 14 days of delivery. The item must be unused, with all original tags attached. To start the exchange process, please contact our customer service team.

Is it possible to order a custom design?

We currently only sell pre-made designs, but we plan to offer custom orders in the future.
